SIMPLY EGG FRIED RICE
I cook this fried rice for lunch.A very nice fried rice and I liked it very much.I will be cooking it again sometime.Just a simple egg rice with some tomatoes.
When I show the pictures to my friend,she said that the colour of the fried rice is very beautiful.
I also had fishball soup as a side dish.I very much enjoy my afternoon lunch that day alone.
If you wondering how I cooked my fried rice,I'll just give you an estimation as I don't weigh it,
but simply scoop up a bowl of rice and had all ingredients ready and off to the kitchen to fry my
delicious fried rice.
Here is my estimation recipe.
INGREDIENTS;
A small bowl of white rice
1/5 cup of cooking oil
1 pip garlic,diced small
1 shallots-diced small
1 tbsps dried shelled prawns-optional
2 eggs,beaten
1 small tomatoes,sliced thinly
1 tsp chicken granules
1 tsp salt
(if you preferred use 1tbsps of chicken granules and omit the salt)adjust your taste
METHOD;
1. In a cooking wok,add in the oil.when smoke comes out,throw in the onions.garlics and dry prawns.Cook till fragrants and brown.
2. Add in the tomatoes.Then the eggs,follow by the rice..
3. Add in the chicken granules and salt.Fry and mix well.
4. Dish it up onto a serving plate.Garnish with spring onions.Enjoy!
So,that is my simple fry tomatoe egg rice.
